OPERATION ANALYST
Overview The Operations Analyst will support the creation, execution and tracking of Sales Programs and Enablement activities for the South Region, with a specific focus on the Middle East. The role contributes directly to pipeline development and revenue growth by turning market insights into actionable sales initiatives and ensuring scalable, consistent operations across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop sales presentations and enablement materials informed by market trends, competitive analysis, product updates and pricing.
- Produce reports and dashboards to monitor program performance and sales KPIs.
- Analyse pipeline trends, identify whitespaces and gaps, and coordinate immediate corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Drive operational efficiency across the South team, standardising processes and tools to enable scale.
- Support cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximise program impact.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations, business analysis, sales programs or a related area.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen; able to plan and deliver with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
- Confident with key sales KPIs/metrics and familiar with the SaaS business model.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets; advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, resilience and the ability to manage concurrent tasks with accountability.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
- Arabic language skills - B2/C1 level.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00.
Work location: Milan office (hybrid/remote options available) near MM1 San Babila.
Offer:
Fixed-term temporary contract until January 2027.
