EXTERNAL ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE AFFAIRS
On behalf of a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company with HQs in Firenze, we are seeking an External Engagement Associate to join its Cardiometabolic Health Corporate Affairs Team. This international-facing role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives across multiple countries, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and technical support to the Corporate Affairs Team, including project management, budget coordination, and preparation of materials for high-level meetings (e.g.: advisory boards/corporate events)
 - Support training and onboarding activities, documentation management, and internal processes related to evaluations, contracts, and payments
 - Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and corporate affairs stakeholders
 - Draft meeting minutes, translate documents, and manage purchase orders and billing processes (local and global)
 - Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes to support strategic communications
 - Ensure timely execution of tasks and contribute to the team’s efficiency and effectiveness
 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor Degree from accredited University, either in Economics, Business or related fields
 - 3 years of experience in structured environments, preferably in consulting firms or corporate affairs roles within large organizations
 - Strong project management skills and ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives
 - Excellent English proficiency (C1/C2) and strong command of Microsoft Office tools
 - High learning agility, proactivity, and a curious mindset with a desire to grow professionally
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
 - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with evolving structures and priorities
 
What the Company offers:
- Initial contract through Agency of the duration of 12 months
 - Remote-based position with flexibility to attend office when required (in Sesto Fiorentino FI)
 - Salary range: commensurate with experience (28.000€ - 38.000€)
 - Annual Company bonus
