For a solid, international manufacturing leader in the Food & Beverage / Pharma sectors, with a state-of-the-art facility in Florence (Italy), we are looking for a key player to join the technical team:

ELECTROMECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Your typical day in the workshop and on the line:

You will never get bored. You will be the go-to person to ensure plant efficiency and safety through:

• Pure Problem Solving: Fast diagnosis and corrective maintenance during breakdowns to get the line running safely again.
• Strategy: Preventive and predictive maintenance during scheduled shutdowns.
• Continuous Improvement: Small optimization tweaks on machinery and equipment to make a real difference.
• Teamwork & Networking: Supporting external technicians during installations and testing, and managing shift handovers.
• Knowledge Sharing: Providing basic training to line operators (set-ups, format changes, OPL procedures).
• Organization: Keeping the workshop and spare parts warehouse in perfect order.

The ideal profile we are looking for:

We want someone eager to learn with a solid technical foundation:

• Education: Technical diploma (Electrical, Electrotechnical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
• Experience: Already worked in industrial maintenance? Great. If you are a junior profile but have high motivation and a strong technical base, we still want to meet you and invest in your growth.
• Hard Skills: Ability to read electrical schematics, knowledge of components (sensors, motors, wiring), and a good grasp of mechanics and pneumatics.
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork attitude, flexibility, and a result-oriented mindset.
• Pluses: Basic English and any specific technical certifications are highly valued.
