INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYST
? Location: Milan | ? Cluster: Italy, France, Spain, Portugal
We are looking for an Industrial Performance Analyst to join our Industrial Performance team within Secondary Production.
You will have two main missions:
To support the Monthly Performance Review for the Packaged Gas activity.
To manage the tracking, challenging, and reporting of Industrial Efficiencies in monthly and quarterly rituals.
You will work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues across Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal, and reporting to the Performance Management Lead.
What you will do
Performance Analysis
- Analyze industrial KPIs and performance trends across the Cluster.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to identify key performance drivers (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Support local managers in preparing performance reviews and presentations.
- Maintain and update KPI dashboards to support decision-making.
Efficiency Coordination
- Provide monthly updates on projects status and milestones.
- Manage tools and files used to monitor efficiencies.
- Coordinate with Industrial and Finance teams to track efficiencies and comply with reporting deadlines (monthly, quarterly, annual), including rolling forecast and variance analysis vs. previous year.
- Support the achievement of strategic efficiency and performance targets.
What we’re looking for
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a multinational environment, ideally in industrial performance / activities monitoring / controlling.
Hard Skills
- Strong command of Google Workspace (G-Sheets, G-Slides, G-Drive).
- Good knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to support analysis and reporting.
- Solid data analysis capabilities and high comfort with digital tools and data visualization dashboards.
- Languages: Fluent English and Italian is mandatory.
- Daily use of tools such as Wave Analytics, Power BI, and internal platforms (previous experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of SAP is a nice to have.
Soft Skills
- Excellent coordination and self-organization skills.
- Fast thinking, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication, both with managers and operational teams in different countries.
Workplace and Working Hours
Milan – MM1 Bisceglie
Full time, Mon - Thru 9 - 17.45, Fri 9 - 17. 1h lunch break
Working from home policy: 2 days a week
Contract: 6 + 6 month temporary contract
CCNLE Chemical-Pharmaceutical, level C1, gross annual salary: €36K + company canteen and meal vouchers 7€.
